Ingredients:

Step By Step Method:

Step 1. First let us cut the vegetable, cupsicum dice cutting. Wash the capsicum properly, cut the top Now we cut the onion. Peel the onion and then cut it into four parts. Then we cut its stalks by hand.

Step 6. Take pan, add oil in it and keep it on low flame and then when the oil is hot, add chopped garlic in it and after a few minutes add chopped ginger in it then fry till the garlic turns brown then add capsicum, onion and fry it shallowly. Mix all the vegetables.

Step 7. Now let’s make the crispy sauce. After the vegetables are cooked properly, add dark soy sauce, schwan chutney, tomato sauce to it and mix it well. When the sauce is ready, add salt and black pepper to it and mix it. Now add the fried paneer to it and mix it well, then add flour and water to it and mix it.
