For this recipe, I have used processed cheese, you can use any other cheese The batter has to be thick or else the cheese can melt and splutter in the oil while frying. My recipe contains salt, coriander, turmeric and cumin seeds in the batter. If you add cumin seeds to it, it will taste delicious.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup besan (gram flour)

- 2 box cheese or 5 amul cheese cubes

1. Firstly, in a mixing bowl, take ½ cup gram flour (besan).
2. Then, add the salt(as per taste) and cumin seeds.
3. Prepare a thick, smooth batter without any lumps. If the batter is medium thick, add 1 to 2 tbsp more gram flour and mix again. taste).

4. Take 2 Amul cheese cubes or 200 grams processed or mozzarella cheese. Keep in mind that the cheese cubes must be cut directly from the refrigerator,Taking cheese cubes fresh.It is better to buy Amul brand cheese cubes as per your choice.
5. Cut each cheese cube in 4 equal parts, Then give triangle shape to the prepared paneer.

6. Heat oil for deep frying or shallow frying in a kadai or pan And keep in mind that pakodas should not be put in normal heat oil. 7. Slowly add water, whisking continuously to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
8.Now, gently slide or place each batter-coated cheese piece in the hot oil. Fry these on medium to medium-high heat.
