INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 tsp salt
- hot water
- ¼ cup corn flour
- ½ tsp salt
- oil, for frying,
FOR SAUCE :
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic, chopped
- ½ capsicum, cubed
- ½ Onion , cubed
- 3 chilli, slit
- 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped.
INSTRUCTIONS.
HOW TO MAKE SOYA CRISPY RECIPE
Step 1.Firstly, in a bowl, take 1 cup of soya chunks, 1 tsp salt and hot water. Soak for 5 minutes or until the soya softens.Squeeze off the water and transfer to the bowl. Add ¼ cup corn flour, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp salt.
Step 2.Deep fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium. Fry until the soya turns golden and crispy. Keep aside.
Step 3. Add oil in to the pan.
Step 4. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic, 2 tbsp spring onion and saute well.
Step 5. Also add ½ onion, ½ capsicum, 3 chilli and saute well.
Step 6. Now add 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce and ½ tsp salt.
Step 7. Mix well, ensuring the sauces are thoroughly cooked.
